charges, no stair-hopping delay. Experience runs on 10 stages: x30 at the start down
to x1. Skills x2, magic x3, loot x3, spawns x3.
On top of the old rules: outfit bonuses on all 47 shop outfits, an elixir system that
rerolls item stats, item upgrading, 114 tasks at 9 taskers, quest points, daily bossand bounty hunter.
24/7, server save 10:00, no player limit.
Public test world right now - a wipe can still come before the official launch.
